The Tech-in-construction.de website offers to subscribe to a newsletter. TECH IN CONSTRUCTION thus opens up the possibility of receiving regular information from and about the trade fair TECH IN CONSTRUCTION by e-mail. This offer is governed by the following provisions.

§ 1 Registration
(1) The subscription requires that the visitor register. TECH IN CONSTRUCTION requires the subscriber’s e-mail address.
(2) The subscriber is free to provide further information about the person.
(3) There is no right of the visitor to register. TECH IN CONSTRUCTION reserves the right to refuse registration without giving any reason.

§ 2 Processing
(1) Subscription to the newsletter begins by sending the registration. TECH IN CONSTRUCTION regularly sends the subscriber a newsletter by e-mail. There is no claim of the Subscriber to this service.
(2) TECH IN CONSTRUCTION reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the distribution of the newsletter at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular to cases where, for technical reasons (e.g. B. Viruses in the computer system, manipulation or error in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution cannot be guaranteed.

§ 3 Termination
The Subscriber can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Termination causes TECH IN CONSTRUCTION to delete the stored personal data.

§ 4 Liability
TECH IN CONSTRUCTION shall not be liable for damages that may result from errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, malfunctions of the technical facilities and the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or otherwise in the subscription to the newsletter, unless such damage is caused by TECH IN CONSTRUCTION, its employees or vicarious agents

§ 5 Data protection
(1) TECH IN CONSTRUCTION undertakes to comply with the legal provisions on data protection and to maintain telecommunications secrecy. In particular, the data protection information is pointed out in this context.
(2) By registering, the subscriber agrees that the transmitted data will be stored by TECH IN CONSTRUCTION. The subscriber is entitled to delete his data at any time.

§ 6 Final provisions
(1) TECH IN CONSTRUCTION reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice. The Subscriber agrees to the amendment, unless he objects to it by e-mail within a period of 14 days.
(2) German law applies to the present provisions.
